Studio Legacee is a boutique reformer studio in downtown Salt Lake City built around the STXP method — an intentional and deliberate practice that trains the body through sustained tension and precise alignment. We believe strength is built quietly, in the space between reps, and that how you move matters.

Studio Legacee is Salt Lake City's home for the STXP method — a low-impact, high-intensity strength practice performed on the LegaceeFormer. Founded by Kayla and rooted in the historic Pierpont district, the studio was built for the woman who wants more than a workout. She wants a practice.
Our classes move through three intentional tiers — Foundation, Flow, and Power — so every member, from first-timer to seasoned practitioner, has a place at the carriage. Slow-twitch training. Considered design. A community that shows up.
